Through the primal power of percussive instruments—frame drum, tabla, kalimba and hang drum—we create a pulsing, textured soundscape that gently dissolves the surface noise of the mind, guiding you into a deep state of presence and release.

Set within an atmospheric space of warm lighting and intentional vibration, this experience begins with a brief guided meditation, inviting you to soften, to listen, to open. As the rhythms unfold, mantra becomes a vessel—repeating sacred sounds that anchor you in stillness while moving you beyond thought, beyond words, into pure being.

Pole Dance Teacher Training

Become a pole dance instructor with our intensive 25-hour workshop. Perfect for aspiring instructors or seasoned dancers looking to deepen their knowledge. This training covers everything from fundamental techniques to advanced choreography. Led by studio owner Michelle Dawson, you'll learn proper body mechanics, spotting techniques, injury prevention, and how to create engaging and safe classes for students of all levels. Gain confidence in your teaching abilities through hands-on practice sessions and constructive feedback. Join us and take your love for pole dance to new heights as a Body Art Barn certified instructor.

Includes 15 hours of theory to be covered during the below Module Dates and 10 hours of in-studio classes.
